Updates not taking effect when changing shortcode or settings

I’ve tried clearing the cache from the appointments+ settings and have disabled it as well, but the new parameters in the short code still aren’t appearing on the page itself. Is there a manual way to clear the cache?

    What are the new parameters that you added? I’m seeing that the “Select a date for your reservation.” message is showing up on the appointments page, and that the services are available as a dropdown (that’s what setting the “service” parameter to 0 does).
