Hello @Michael Bissett,

In fact, I was following your direction, but there was no “I have a different question” in the selection. You guys have updated your site. The option must have got lost in the process or something. So I had to choose something close.

So now, how do I do this? Can you email me so I can give your login information. (I cannot do here since I still CANNOT choose “I have a different question” anywhere….

Hey @Yosuke,

Whoops, it looks like you chose the “I have a support question” option on our contact form, instead of the “I have a different question” option I had suggested in your thread.

I’ve marked this thread as internal, but just to be safe, I’d advise changing the passwords for these login details. Once you’ve done that, could you please send in the updated credentials via the contact form, this time making sure to select the “I have a different question” option?

Thanks a bunch!

Kind Regards,

Michael

    Hi Yosuke,

I hope you are well today.

Sorry to hear that you didn't find the option "I have a different question" in our Contact Us form https://wpmudev.com/contact/ as suggested on the following thread.

    https://wpmudev.com/forums/topic/event-email-rsvp-error-and-add-media-error#post-813428

I have just checked it and found that option in the contact us form as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Please advise.

If you are having any problem finding it then you can also directly send the mail on the email ID contact[at]wpmudev.org containing the details as described in the above thread.

    Best Regards,

    @Vinod Dalvi

I guess we are talking about different forms.

I just clicked the support link on the top of this window. On the form, the option doesn't show up.(Just letting you know) It is kind of confusing you have 2 places to send a form and they have different options…

I will send information what @Michael Bissett originally requested.

    Hi Yosuke,

Yes we have two forms as following.

    https://wpmudev.com/contact/

    https://wpmudev.com/forums/#question

And i was talking about the form https://wpmudev.com/contact/ which @Michael Bissett mentioned in his following reply.

    https://wpmudev.com/forums/topic/event-email-rsvp-error-and-add-media-error#post-813428

I think you didn’t pay your attention to the instructions we have provided.

The two forms are used for different purposes.

The form https://wpmudev.com/contact/ is used to contact us specially to our accounting and billing departments for pre sales and billing related questions or to send us site details. This for is accessible to non WPMU members also.

The form https://wpmudev.com/forums/#question is used to ask us question on our WPMU DEV forum related to our products. This for is only accessible to WPMU members.

I hope this makes it clear but if you have any questions then feel free to ask us.

    Regards,

    Vinod Dalvi

    @Vinod Dalvi

    Thank you for the information.

I guess I just clicked the “support” link on top of the site and the link was the right destination.

I understand you have 2 forms for different purposes for members and non-members.

I didn’t think through enough that the form you were referring was actually on the non-member form. I thought that since I am a member and my question was relevant for paid member only so automatically thought that “support” link goes to the right form since I am signed in. You know what I mean? I think, for better UI, It kind of makes sense? (I assume that you guys don’t “I have a different question” in member’s form because people get lazy and choose this option anyway )

Anyhow, that’s my thoughts for share.

Thank you for making it clear.
