Some questions regarding Protected Content

How can I sort the different membership/subscription levels offered? I would like to offer from Free to Most expensive, or from Monthly to Yearly to Lifetime memberships.

    On the registration page, when the user creates an account, he is automatically redirected to the same page. The account is created, but he is redirected immediately back to registration page. You see the registration form for a second time. You cannot enter same info as the account has been created.

    No emails are being sent. I have WP SMTP and settings are fine. Test sends fine. I was using Membership Pro before, and it worked ok.

    Also, some generally pretty weird formatting all around. How can I fix this? The fields are tiny and all the way to the right.

    Also, generating an invoice creates a 404 error. Looks like a permalink issue, but I can’t figure it out. THanks!

    Hey there @Joseph Ali,

    Hope you’re well! :slight_smile:

    Maybe you have two or more plugins that enable function for sign-up so I suggest you deactivate all plugins except protected content then try signing up to see if it will be redirected to same page. Let me know what will happen.

    Fixed the issue. It was because the actual /register/ page was not HTTPS protected (done individually), so it was causing a redirect. That issue is fixed. Thanks :slight_smile:

    Any ideas as to why emails arent being sent, or why formatting is weird?

    Bump: I've tried everything to get emails to send. WP SMTP test works fine. Both PHP mailer and SMTP work with test emails. The automated registration emails aren't sent.

    Also, with stripe checkout, most of the subscription is cut off. See Attachment. What do I do? Obviously a problem with subscriptions as it shows as $0.00 monthly but it doesnt show the rest of the text stating when the free trial ends and the subscription starts.

    The problem is there only with free trials. There is a bug…

    When paying from the checkout flow, from register to checkout, the description says 0 and the issue as above is apparent. When the client clicks Pay on the invoice through their account, the Pay 11.95 USD is correct.

    Hope you’re doing well today! I just tested this on your site and it looks like it’s working correctly now in the latest version? I saw $11.95 throughout the entire registration/checkout process.
