Comments+ Not posting to Facebook and Twitter

Hello

User can make comment using Comments+ Plugin. Problem is its not being shared on FB or Twitter.

Support Access is granted. Please help me sort this out.

    Thank you for your question.

    I logged in to your site and found you have checked the following options in the Comment Plus settings.

    Pages on my website already use javascript from Facebook

    Pages on my website already use javascript from Twitter

    Could you please try unchecking these comments plus options?

    Hi @Plabanm,

    My apologies for the long overdue on this thread.

    Did you check that your API keys are correct and that your apps are public?

    I ask because when I tested this on my side everything was working fine and the comment was posted on my FB.

    Have you made sure that Do not allow users to post their comments on Facebook options are disabled?

    Would you mind allowing support access again, I would like to check your settings and test your site with my API credentials?
