I’m looking for a solution to implement in our custom theme. We use the quark theme (http://quarktheme.com/) as our starter. I need to add a full width video header to the homepage which has a parallax effect on it. I also need to use the parallax effect on other sections of the home page (above footer). Additionally, I’d like to have no audio with an option to turn it on as well as loading videos from youtube, vimeo and from my media library. Can anyone point me in the best direction to add this functionality?
