I tried this without any luck:

}

I tried adding !important too.

I try adding the CSS code into your Appearance > Edit CSS that you have. See screenshot. And I can see the changes now as shown in the 2nd screenshot.

Where did you try adding the CSS code before?

Kindly confirm if you're seeing the changes on your end, too.
