Affiliates Shortcodes for Charts are blank

So I'm trying to set up my Affiliates with my Membership Pro and Pro-Sites. Working through and testing shortcodes in a post to see what they do and how they look and found this. *Attached*

Shortcodes for charts do not show any data. Had cache software installed, thought that might be the problem, so I uninstalled it. Still blank.

Tried to clear browser cache and tried different browser. Still blank.

Any support would be greatly loved. Note, I have no data to show, but I suppose the chart is not blank even with no click data yet shown. If I am mistaken, that would be a strange relief.

Please help.

Hi @Paul, hope you are doing good

I just checked these two shorcodes ([affiliatelogincheck] [affiliateuserdetails]) and it worked fine to me. Please remember some shortcodes are conditional for example “[affiliatelogincheck]” will check if user is not logged in then will display a login message with login link.

Is there any specific shortcode that is not working for you are all of them? If any specific then please post those shortcode here so I can test on my test site. Post the link of page where you are using shorcode here if possible.

Try to run a quick plugin and theme conflict est before we dig deeper. You can do this by following the steps mentioned in this manual.

Looking forward towards your response and happy to help

    Hi Sajid,

    Thank you for your reply.

These are the shortcodes that are not showing up as shown in the attachment above.

    [affiliatestatschart]

    [affiliatevisitschart]

All other shortcodes work fine on this page. But these show blank.

I am unsure why, but I refreshed the page and one of the charts populated just now. Screenshot*

    So…? Weird.

I'll wait and see if the other comes to play.

    Kindly,

    Paul

    Hi Paul, welcome back

I tested both shortcodes. Both need some data to be displayed. Before using these shortcodes you should have few affiliates registered. When you will have some registered affiliates then you can see the first chart. When you will have some unique visits from those referral link the you can see the second chart also.

Add some test affiliates & visits and lets see if its works or not.

    Cheers, Sajid
