Contract Form 7 not working in popup pro

I am trying to put a contact form into popup pro.. I have tried the shortcode as well as the html to no avail..what gives?

    Hey there, Bob!

    I just got it to work on my site, let’s check two things.

    1. Which method, in PopUp > Settings are you using to load your PopUps? If you’re not already using it, switch to the Page Footer method.

    2. Are you looking at the preview, or the live PopUp? For me, the shortcode won’t render in Preview, but it shows up great when the PopUp is live.
