I can't edit the theme, when I press the button Upfront in the admin

When I press the Button Upfront in the admin, I’m redirected to the front page and nothing happens. If I try to press the Upfront button again I get this message:

Please, hold on for a little bit more

I tried to deactivate all other plugins, but nothing changed.

What can I do?

    Hope you are doing good today :slight_smile:

    I can see there are lots of 403 forbidden errors on your website. The first thing I noticed is I could not even access your site via support access (see screenshot).

    Also on frontend without using upfront I can blocked wp-admin/admin-ajax.php that is responsible to load all component of upfront (see screenshot).

    Do you using bulletproof security or any other security plugin to hide your backend ? I found following resolved thread on wordpress.org forum that might help.

    Hope you are doing good today :slight_smile:

    Oh okay. Can you please grant support access again so I can take a closer look.

    The hold on message normally comes when the page is not fully loaded and upfront framework is not ready to initialize. After waiting a second or two click on upfront button again and it will load just fine.
