I try to use upfront

but it always gives a message that

“please hold on just a little bit more”

I waited about 1 hour, but upfront havent activated

I have tried several times

and I have deactivated all the plugins and tried again, and the result is the same

the upfront is not working for me

I have granded access to support

Please help me

Hope you’re doing well today :slight_smile:

This issue is most probably caused by rule in mod_security on your server that is blocking access to popup.html file.

Can you try placing the following snippet in your .htaccess file at the root of your site, it will skip that rule and Upfront should work as normal.
```
<IfModule mod_security.c>

SecFilterRemove 00318

</IfModule>
```
