Ultimate Facebook Comments for single products

Hi guys,,,

I am using Ultimate Facebook with Upront, and I have been able to post a new product automatically with Facebook Ultimate.. so how can I import comments on that product?

    Hi @BePresence,

    The Facebook plugin will import comments periodically, they don't immediately appear and will depend on how many users access your site as it's cron related, the more busier your site, the more frequently the cron will fire.

    You can however, import all comments immediately by clicking the import comments link in the Comments section of Ultimate facebook.

    Dashboard > facebook > facebook settings > facebook comments

    What are your settings (in same section as per the screenshot), I have mine set to override wordpress discussion settings. I just tested it and it imported all comments.
