Automated Email Responses on new membership

This update seems like a downgrade.

How and where to update the templates for the emails?

I want to have different emails depending on the subscription .

Also different times (days or weeks months) for each subscription.

Like before. All this seem impossible now.

    Hope you are doing good today :slight_smile:

    I am sorry for the issues you are facing regarding Membership 2 upgrade. This version have more options than the previous one. We have distributed all functions in add-ons to make it fast and clean user experience. At the same time if you need more options then simply navigate to Membership 2 > Add-ons and you will definitely find one.

    For extra automated emails options there is “Additional Automated Messages” add-on simply enable this add-on and you will see more options in Membership 2 > Settings > Automated Email responses. You can also customize each email separate for separate memberships in Membership 2 > Memberships > Edit your Membership > Automated Email responses to override default settings.

    I see now that i can define different messages.

    How about the time.

    It says before expire.

    I cannot find the expiration date and how to setup days or weeks before.

    Some time upgrades as much as the are better the require a lot of extra work.

    Membership 2 knows the time and date of expiration. You need to set relative days, weeks, months or year in template settings and that email will be sent before that X number of days your set.
