MarketPress: Category page not showing products?

Hi, I am having trouble getting categories to work on MarketPress. I upgraded from MP Lite with 14 items in two categories. Everything upgraded fine on the individual product pages, but when I click on a product category in the sidebar I can only see the title of one listing. It does not fully show the products, nor link to anything. Before the upgrade, I had a page full of images/ titles/ prices, so not a theme issue.

I have tried removing & adding items, adding new categories, and removing/ adding the widget. Not sure what I’m missing..?

    Hey @Chris,

    Hope you’re doing well today :slight_smile:

    There are some major differences between free version currently on wp.org and premium version you have upgraded to so if you don’t mind granting support access I would like to have a look at your setup and check if everything is configured correctly.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for granting access, I have checked your settings and everything seems ok with plugin settings and permalinks, so I’m not sure what is causing this on your end.

    I know you mentioned that you didn’t have these issues with free version and the theme you are using but since there are lot of changes between these two versions could you try temporarily switching to default WP theme just so we can be sure that this is not the issue?

    Thank you, I changed the theme and was able to get it working, and it remained working when I changed it back! I’m guessing there was some issue re: the product category sidebar widget, as that broke in transition — but I seem to be able to repair it as long as I update the settings page by page.
