Doesn't TLDs list from WHMCS DB get synced with Provisioning?

I have like 500 TLDs and all sorts (products and services) in the WHMCS DB. I am seeing only .COM, the default one, listed in the Network Admin Dashboard. Doesn’t they auto sync products and services? It sounds like a bad news if I have to manually enter 500 TLDs in the WP dashboard. Or do I miss something here from your plugin setting?

    Hi Cas,

    Hope you’re well?

I’m not entirely sure of your question here regarding synching.

Where in the network dashboard are you looking?

WHMCS provisioning simply allows you to sell sites on your multisite network, so you create it as a service in whmcs as per the usage guide. https://wpmudev.com/project/whmcs-multisite-provisioning/#usage

Users don’t get their own domain on the site unless you’re using domain mapping too.

Could you grant support access from the dashboard plugin so we can take a closer look? See https://wpmudev.com/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

    Thanks

Sorry for a very late reply as I was sorting other parts of the site. I meant to say "retrieving" (sort of syncing inside my brain) list of the full supported domains from WHMCS DB as you can see there is one's listed on the WP admin dashboard but in fact there's hundreds of supported domain available to be purchased in the WHMCS DB. Not sure how far your Domain Mapping plugin could perform the job at the moment but I really don't want to manually adding hundreds of domains + prices via the Domain Mapping area on WP Admin Dashboard.

    Hi Cas,

Unfortunately, WHMCS provisioning or DM do not auto sync, you will need to manually enter which TLD’s you are wanting to allow for the DM plugin.

I can move this to the feature requests section for the developer to consider looking at in a future release.

But i’m curious as to why that’s necessary when you are using WHMCS provisioning anyway as WHMCS should be doing that anyway, people buy a domain from WHMCS and then it will create the site using that domain using DM. Not sure you need to use the Enom reseller with DM if you are using WHMCS Provisioning.

    Thanks
