Domain-mapping menu item (and other items) missing under Tools menu

I’ve installed a number of your plugins, including the domain-mapping plugin. I’ve followed you installation instructions, and am finding that a key menu item (Tools > Domain-mapping) is missing from the Super Admin dashboard menu.

Can you please advise as to what I could do to remedy this. I need to access that menu items in order to add domains for mapping.

    Hey Ursula,

    Hope you’re doing well today!

    The Tools > Domain Mapping menu item should be on each subsite, so not in the super admin dashboard. You can navigate to any of your subsites then go into the tools menu there and you should see it :slight_smile:

    Or are you not seeing it there either?

    If not, could you grant support access so we can have a closer look?

    You can grant support access via WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access.
