    Hello @Alex,

I hope you are having a good day and thanks for the asking.

Please make sure that you have allowed button to be displayed on site. Please navigate to Subscriptions > Settings > Follow Button and check checkbox saying “Will place a follow button permanently in the selected position of your site.” And save changes.

If you did these and still you are not able to view button on your site. Then would you mind if i took a look at your site. Would you please grant me support staff access so that I can check in depth regarding your issue ?. You can grant me support access via WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access.

Looking forward to hearing back.

    Best Regards,

    Milan Savaliya.

    Hello @Alex,

I hope you are having a good day and thanks for granting support access.

When I visited your site, I found many javascript error in browser javascript console. I’ve attached screenshot for your information. It seems like other plugin or you’ve added some custom code is raising this javascript errors. Dear @Alex, on your site follow signup form is being rendered successfully, but due to javascript error, it is not being placed on right position and handling click events. Would you please conduct plugin conflict test as described at the bottom of our support page here,

    https://wpmudev.com/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/ ?

Also please try to remove any custom code if you’ve added.

Let me know how it went.

    Best Regards,

    Milan Savaliya.
