Order Status page is not loading after order

Order Status page is not loading when clients are redirected back to site from PayPal after order. It is not bringing up there information. Also order status page shortcode not working that I include in autoemails.

Can you please look at this

    I have tested this on my end with Pay Pal Sandbox, and was able to submit order. The Paypall settings is in Live mode or a Sandbox?

    Please make sure that you have created Store Base pages in Store Settings -> Presentation -> Store Pages section.

    If this not the case, would you be able to grant us support access so we can take a closer look?

    You can grant support access via admin dashboard – WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access.

    Are you referring to this shortcode ?

    This specific shortcode will work only on your webpage.

    If you wish to include it in mail notifications, I will suggest to add a line “Check your order status” with a link to your “Order Status” page.
