registration completed page nt showing shortcode protected content

On the registration completed page I have set up protected content based on the membership program that a person has subscribed to. For the I am I can I will program, once a person is directed back to the site after their payment, they should see the content that is available to them. However the page is empty.

    I’m sorry to hear you have this issue.

    I have tested the registration on my end with PayPal single Gateway, and I was redirected normally to Thank you page.

    I see no protected content shortcode on “Registration Complete” page. Please make sure that you are using the following shortcode to view the content only to Specific membership:

    [ms-protect-content id=”29710″][/ms-protect-content]

    The #29710 it’s the ID of “I am I can I will” membership. You can find more shortcodes on Membesrhip 2 > Memberships , hover over “Show” in Shortcodes table.

    Just to make sure, does user redirects from payment to lank page? Or you meant that protected content is not visible? In that case would you please switch to sandbox and test if you have the same behavior?
