I can't update my MarketPress eCommerce plugin on my site

It keep asking me to upgrade to update the plugin and I have, but the plugin is still not upgraded.

    This may happened due to not properly synchronizing your membership data with server data. So first step to debug is to synchronize your membership information with server. Please navigate to WPMU DEV > Updates > Available Updates and then press button saying "update" at the bottom of page as shown in attached screenshot.

    Do this first and even if doing so doesn't solve this problem then please contact our billing department directly via our secure Contact Form. Select "I've billing question". Our billing staff have more information than support staff here.
