Marketpress – Disable register box after checkout

How can I disable the lightbox that appears after the order is placed that prompts a user to register?

I looked through the options and couldn’t find anything to disable it.

Also, I have noticed that when a person submits an order as a guest their information is missing in multple places after the sale. On the order status page the user sees after checkout, the billing and shipping info is blank. Also, when I go look at the order in the dashboard the personal info is missing.

I’ve granted support access to the site in case that makes it easier for you to review.

In regards to the Create an Account popup, I’ve taken the liberty of inserting this CSS code into your child theme’s style.css:
```
#mp-create-account-lightbox + #cboxOverlay,

#mp-create-account-lightbox + #cboxOverlay + #colorbox {

display: none !important;

}
```
(!important was needed for the #colorbox element, otherwise, it’s generally best to avoid using !important)

In regards to the information being missing from an order, we’ll want to tackle that in a separate thread, it’s best to keep to a single issue in a thread, helps keeps things smooth & tidy for everyone. :slight_smile:

I should note that the gateway looks to be set up for live transactions, if that could be set up to use sandbox credentials, or if we could test with a set of our sandbox credentials, knowing that in the new thread would be very much helpful. :slight_smile:

Thanks Michael. I did go in and chance the gateway to sandbox credentials.

I also went and made a new thread for the other issues at https://wpmudev.com/forums/topic/marketpress-customer-info-missing-when-customer-isnt-registered but there seems to be no activity there.

I’ve had to turn off all store activity because receiving orders with no idea who they are coming from isn’t helpful.

Just an FYI – Whatever code you inserted didn’t work. The register lightbox still appears at the end. The checkout is in sandbox mode right now and also has manual payment as an option if you want to look again.

I just added some code to the site, and I am able to notice the sign up box is now gone. Can you confirm on your end as well ?
