Using Upfront/Scribe am having problems updating the dashboard- and now that problem may be extending into being locked out of Upfront– I can get halfway in to everything (photos)
Once Upfront recogonized my password and wouldn't let me in- gave me a LONG msg to pass on to service provider– maybe something about PHP?- I didn't read it closely or understand it at all.
Now UPFRONT simply doesn't recognize my password- although WordPress does- I can log in to my site, just not into the upfront part.
I have not reset my password yet. That may resolve the issue, but I would like to understand the problem first.
Any thoughts ?
