Membership Pro Custom Fields

Hi

I am trying to setup Membership Attributes here:

However, I can’t click on the buttons, or do anything.

I am getting a 404 error on the settings. When I download the plugin from your website, and navigate to that path, the settings.js file does not exist.

Are you able to take a look? I want to add an ‘address’ and phone field to the profiles.

    I checked your website, but it seems like your subsite is being redirected to a login page, most probably due to the domain mapping settings, could you please disable it temporarily so that I could give a closer look?

    I tried to replicate this issue in my website, by activating the Membership attributes plugin, but it seems to work fine in my system, and I don’t get any 404 under Membership 2 > Settings > Membership Attributes.

    I was able to notice that your subsite login keeps on reloading itself, which is not common. Since I don’t see you mention about performing a plugin conflict test, would recommend you to please run a quick plugin/theme conflict test as illustrated in getting support manual (flowchart), and rule out whether any plugins are causing this.

    If you still have issue after following this, and if you cannot find the settings.js file under /membership/premium/addon/attributes/assets/js then you must have got a corrupted plugin, if this is the case, please download the Membership 2 Pro plugin, and upload the plugin using an FTP client, mark the overwrite the file during upload, so that it would cover any missing files.
