Hummingbird Minifying error

Hi, I try to make my site faster and learn to use your great plugins!

When I’m at Minifying panel and I click “Check Files” it comes with error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_customize_preview() in /home/r1243/domains/waudesign.fi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-hummingbird/core/modules/class-module-minify.php on line 136

How can I minify my site safely? Can you help me to solve this problem.

    Hey Ville,

    Hope you’re doing well today :slight_smile:

    The error you are seeing is referring to is_customize_preview() function that was introduced in WordPress 4.0 and since you’re using older version of WP that function doesn’t exist and Hummingbird can’t work without it.

    Additionally to HB not working using outdated WP version can be security issue as well so it strongly suggested to update to latest version.
