Can you copy everything?

When selecting what to copy, there are a few different choices there, but is it possible to copy an entire site?

All our sites are going to be exactly the same, except for changing a few colours once created.

    In this case I would suggest you to use Cloner or Snapshot plugin instead of Multisite Content Copier.

    They have option to move entire subsite within network.

    Also, using snapshot plugin, you can move the site between WordPress Multisite network from/to WordPress Single Sites.
