Migrating a site with Snapshot Pro

Hi, trying to migrate a snapshot from dev.danahersecuritysystems.ie to danahersecuritysystems.ie. I have succeeded in importing the snapshot but when I hit the ‘restore’ button below the snapshot, the page refreshes and shows the snapshot with ‘Archives: Pending’ as the status on the right and I can’t do anything with it. I can’t post the screenshot here. I did all of this last night but it is still the same this morning. Can you help please?

    hope you’re having a beautiful day and don’t mind me jumping in here!

    I just went ahead and saw this issue in action. It seems to me that either the snapshot process of ‘dev’ site didn’t complete with success, or the import of the snapshot .zip file had an error.

    Could you please describe to me the exact steps that you’ve made in both of these sites?

    You can always try to re-create the snapshot from ‘dev’ site and re-import it. Please have a look that the file sizes are equal between these two installations. :wink:

    If this continues, please upload the snapshot file in a 3rd-party service like Dropbox or Google Drive and share the link with me in order to try to import and restore it in my test installation.

    If you don’t want to share this publicly (as this forum is well-indexed by Google) inform me in order to mark this thread as internal and limit the access to us and the remaining staff members of course.
