Newsletter via Transactional OR List email service

I have been told that getting marked as a spammer is a real concern for newsletters via SMTP. Is there a way we can send our emails via Aweber, ActiveCampaign or such? If not how about something like sendgrid?

    Hi John,

    Hope you’re well?

This is not possible using Newsletter i’m afraid as there is no integration built into them to use those services.

You shouldn’t get marked as spam if you setup the server correctly and use valid SPF records.

But some servers will not allow bulk mails by the thousands.

You can try using the sendgrid plugin.

    Hope this helps

I appreciate you doing what you can.

One more thing, and this is just how that sounds to me. My brain translated that message as you were going to add it to a list that nobody cares about. Six months? You guys have tons of plugins and among those you have stripe integration. ( Note: I am a developer also, so this is not idle speculation. )

Why is it you don’t have modules for stuff like this that can be passed between the plugins? If you put your stuff on source control, and let other teams look at packages built to share between projects this should be fairly simple.

Again, I don’t think this is what you meant, but it is what it said to me.

    Hi,

We have a tracker which we use (Asana) for bugs & requests. But we base requests usually on popularity and how many people have asked for the feature.

I know the developers are really busy lately with various other projects, which is why I said I can’t see it being added or included in the next 6 months (that was just a guess based on knowing how busy the developers are)

All our projects use git though bitbucket, but they are private and not public use.

    Hope this helps
