Popups Pro and https

I checked the issue and it seems that this is to do with WPMU PopUp plugin. Even though I updated the Vimeo urls from http to https, the popup plugin adds its own code where it is only using http. And that is why Chrome is blocking the video as it is not from a secure source. Is there a way to force your code to use https internally so that Chrome doesn’t block our secure videos? Our entire site is using https.
