Window hangs when running Managed Backups

When I enter the code and chose “RUN BACKUP” window hangs and nothing happens.

How to fix ?

    This seems a permission issue. Would you please make sure you have correct permission for www-data user group?

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function curl_init()

    This seems you don’t have curl installed. But as you are seeing curl enabled, would you please try reinstalling?

    sudo apt-get install php-curl
    
sudo service apache2 restart

    Make sure you restart your apache server after reinstalling curl.

    Hello Ash,

    Already sent you the access.

    Please note after applying key for backup windows hangs.

    My feeling for most of plugin problems are some communication error when verifying keys and product codes. What port and and methods need to be correct for all this verification to work.

    How to fix my constant plugin problems ?
