Pop Ups are supposed to have templates in pro

I am actually fed up trying to get pop up pro to work. Where are the templates?

    Hi Danie Keizer ,

    Hope you're doing well today!

PopUp Pro have three pre-made templates that you can choose under the Appearance section:

[attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

Also, you can customize it with the "Use Custom Colors" field and via CSS adding the styles in the Custom CSS section.

I hope this information has been helpful. If I can help you in this or other questions, please let me know!

    Cheers, Luís

    Hi Luis,

Then what is the purpose of having pro when you have only 3 different appearances and no template like themes? I have been trying to load a pop up with a form for a day now reading all the forums, so maybe i need to go to some other webdesign program. I am prepared to pay, but the question is for what am I paying for pro???

    Hi Danie Keizer ,

PopUp Pro have other features that are not included in the free version, like:

    – Unlimited active popups

    – 2 additional popup templates

    – Scroll location and CSS selector popup triggers

    – Extended reveal and hide animation set

    – Popup blocker expiration control

    – Special integration with Membership 2 and Pro Sites

    – Post type, category, and taxonomy condition triggers

    – Stop popups from triggering on mobile devices

    – Location-based triggers

    – Display popups based on user role

    – Bypass ad-blockers with URL masking

    – Reach an entire Multisite network

I am not sure what type of customization you want to do, but If you can give us more details, we can help.

    Cheers, Luís

    Hi Danie Keizer ,

I am simply trying to place a contact form on my pop up.

PopUp Pro uses the standard WordPress editor (with visual and text modes), so, you can use HTML or a shortcode to add the contact form. Are you having issues? The form is not being displayed?

In order to help you better, can you give us access to your admin panel, so we can check your issue?

If you don’t already know, please, follow the link below, to see how enable the staff login:
