>> HummingBird Error

Good morning

I try hummingbird results today and get an error :

cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received

Do you know why I receive this error ?

    It is most likely an issue of memory limit and maximum execution time, so please try to increase those. You can use the following as a guide on how to do that:

    You might want to contact your host with this issue, see what they’re able to tell you. Ask them to provide you with the server error logs too and please show them here :slight_smile:

    Hello Laurent_C,

    Thank you for regranting the support access and I hope you’re having a beautiful day!

    I have gone through your site and could not regenerate the issue. I have found the Run Test on Hummingbird > Perfomance Report is working fine.

    Sometimes that error can be caused by a temporary connection problem, so it may have resolved itself. Can you please check it again? Please correct me if I am not getting your message.

    Please let us know if the issue remains.
