Snapshot Managed Backup – empty response

Whenever Managed Backup has been run, it runs for a while and then breaks giving either “empty response” error or just loading a blank site.

    Hope you’re doing well.

    I was doing some tests on your site and noticed that site is loading quite slowly and that the server isn’t quite responsive.

    Snapshot is PHP based backup and it does require bit more resources to work so it might be the issue with your server not being able to handle the number of requests.

    I did some changes to reduce the load that Snapshot needs and now it will take longer time but use less resources.

    Can you setup a scheduled backup at the time when your site has small load, as this requires less resources than starting it manually, and let us know if it worked now.
