WPMU DEV dashboard plugin missing styles

The dashboard plugin styles are missing from the settings pages and it doesn’t allow me to add/install plugins and themes.

    Hi Sarah,

    Hope you are doing good today.

    Thank you for your FTP credentials. It looks like the access you gave us has no right to overwrite files.

    This issue which you reported could be a plugin conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except WPMU DEV Dashboard and check if the problem gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2017 and see if it works.

    If above test will not work, can you add this code to your wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

    The line should be placed above the “/* That’s all, stop editing! */”

    This will generate in the /wp-content/ folder a debug.log file. Please attach it here or share on dropbox. Thanks to this file we will understand what is causing the error.
