Hummingbird don't detect browser caching

The browser caching was properly enabled by Hummingbird (the rules were added to the .htaccess and its working based on GTMetrix as an example). However, Hummingbird is still mentioning:

rowser Caching is not working properly:

– Your server may not have the “expires” module enabled (mod_expires for Apache, ngx_http_headers_module for NGINX)

– Another plugin may be interfering with the configuration

What can we do?

    Hey Warren ,

    Hope you’re well.

I flagged this thread as SLS, so our SLS people can look the problem and provide more feedback about how we can solve this. But please keep that in mind, our SLS support deal with more complex issues so it may take a while to check and provide solution. Thanks for your patience!

    Cheers,

    Hey Warren !

    Hope you are fine today!

I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing, but it seems your site specific issue. The plugin is saying to focus on two things:

1: Your server may not have the “expires” module enabled.

2: Another plugin may be interfering with the configuration.

I just checked for the first one, and found that you are using Apache server and the mod_expires extension is enabled.

But about the second one, Although I didn’t fine any plugin which could cause this issue, but I see you are using “ManageWP – Worker Loader” mu-plugin, which is related to performance. It is possible it could cause this issue.

So for initial check, my suggestion is please remove the “ManageWP – Worker Loader” mu-plugin temporarily, and check is this problem fixed or not.

If you still face this issue, then I have to investigate the issue more, for this further investigation I need the FTP access. You have to send me the FTP access through our secure contact form: https://wpmudev.com/contact/#i-have-a-different-question

    Using the below template:
