[WPMU DEV Dashboard] Image preview

If I share a link from my website, no longer does the preview image show. Instead just a white blank preview.

    I will need some information to try to help you on this.

    Where are you sharing this link?

    Are you using any social plugin for this?

    Is this happening on all pages or only a product page?

    I can see that there is a pre loader on the website, try to deactivate the pre loader and try to share it again.

    Also let me know the steps that you are taking and I can try to replicate this.

      Hi Patrick,

      If I copy the website URL, any page or product and share it on Facebook or Messenger (that’s all the social media I use).

      I have Facebook for WooCommerce plugin but I disabled this and tried and it was still the same. Same with SEO and the theme.

    I can see that the images from product is really small, facebbok sometimes does not load small images, https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/best-practices

    You can run two tests.

    First one, try to deactivate the site pre-loader on Theme Options

    Try to share this on Facebook again, if the problem persists try to increase the woocommerce image size and also set it 1:1 then try to share it again.
