Appointments+ button not working. JavaScript error

When I click the appointment button it does nothing and I can see an error in the console:

I tried deactivating all plugins and switching to 2017 theme, but same issue with ajax.

    Hope all is well!

    I’ve checked the Booking page and looks like you are using only [app_services] shortcode. The Appointments plugin, to function properly requires [app_confirmation] shortcode and [app_monthly_schedule] as well:

    So in all these shortcodes needs to be added:

    [app_services]
    
[app_monthly_schedule]
    
[app_confirmation]

    Please add these shortcodes and let me know how it went!
