I can't install WPMU DEV plugins.

When I try to install WPMU DEV plugins from WPMU DEV site it gives an error, then I tried to install it using the WPMU DEV dashboard plugin, it shows me No Plugin Found, can you help me?

    I hope you’re well today!

    I’ve accessed your site and I see that Pro Sites (that’s been discussed during the chat) is installed an enabled on the site. Did your host white-list the IPs that were given to you during the chat and that helped or did you manage to solve that in some other way or do you still need assistance?

    Hi Matt,

    I have tried checking your site but the support access is not working and neither are WP and FTP login details provided in chat, it seems that your server is blocking connection.

    So it’s possible that this is the same reason you’re unable to install any plugins.

    Can you get in touch with your hosting provider so they can check server logs and see if there are any blocked connections that could be causing this and try whitelisting those?
