[Appointments+] Non-working hours are not displayed at 'Not possible'

Hi,

We've set different working hours for weekdays and weekends. Having done that, we'd expect the non-working hours for weekends to appear as 'Not possible' instead of 'Busy'.

Please advice.

    You’re right, the booking slots outside of working ours should either be not showing at all or should be marked as “not possible”, depending on a working hours configuration. In this case, they should be “not possible”.

    I checked your site and Appointments settings and it seems to be all set fine there, in my opinion. Therefore either I have missed something or there’s some sort of “glitch” or bug. I’ll need to consult that with our developers so I’ve forwarded all the information to them and ask them to check it.

    I’m sure they’ll be able to give us a hand with this. Please keep an eye on this ticket but also make sure that the support access to the site is kept open (as it’s time valid) and we’ll update you here as soon as we get to know more about the issue.

    Apologies for delay. I can’t see for which provider those working hours are for. Could you please confirm that you have checked/saved those working hours per each provider?
