    You’ll find French translation of the Support System plugin here:

    To apply it to the site:

    1. Visit that page, scroll it all the way down and use the form at the bottom to export .po and .mo files; save these files to your local drive

    2. Access your site’s WordPress install using FTP or cPanel “File Manager” and upload both downloaded translation files to the “/wp-content/languages/plugins/” folder

    If your site or user profile language is set to French, that translation would be automatically picked up and applied then.
