Can not make my custom domain primary

I want my custom domain to be the main domain. I have added the domain two days back but it is still not able to make my domain primary. There is no option for making that and also SSL is not active.

    It seems the domain has not completely valid DNS. The A record is pointing to us, but he also has an AAAA record that is pointing to his old host I think (1&1). Lets encrypt is trying to connect over IPv6.

    And the same problem with www, which is also an A/AAAA (ideally would be a CNAME to @ or our CNAME.

    Would you please remove the AAAA record and nameservers (if there is any) and check after some time? Just keep the A record pointing to our IP.
