    Hi Pageart

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

    Can you add this code to your wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

    also delete (if exist)
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    The line should be placed above the “/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */”

    This will generate in the /wp-content/ folder a debug.log file. Thanks to this file we will understand what is causing the error. Please attach the debug.log in your next reply in txt format file, so that we could take a closer look at this issue.

    If debug.log will not generate could you please send below data through our secure contact form here https://wpmudev.com/contact/#i-have-a-different-question and make sure that subject is “I have a different question” and:
    – Mark to my attention: ATTN: Kris Tomczyk

    – Site access:
    — login url
    — username
    — password

    – cPanel/host credentials (so I could access file manager and database)
    — host
    — username
    — password
    — port

    – Link back to this thread

    Please don’t share any sensitive information (i.e credentials) in the Support Forum, it has public visibility and everyone will have access to it.

    Please confirm here in the thread that you have sent that message.

    Also, can you tell me did you change DB prefix using the Defender Tweaks feature?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi

    Thank you for all the data. First, base on that I’m familiar with nazwa.pl, I was able to enter the database base on the wp-config file and your admin capabilities look correct.

    From what I see in your site dashboard you have an outdated WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin, which does not even ask for an update. I manually updated that plugin via FTP. Old WPMU DEV Dashboard still exist in “/wp-content/plugins/wpmudev-updates_old/” and you can simply delete that folder now.

    However, still WPMU DEV -> Plugin does not list our plugins. I pinged our sysadmins and your site IP is not blocked by us. I was able to upload our Defender plugin manually via FTP as well. It is disabled now, so you can simply enable that now.

    As for WPMU DEV -> Plugin which does not list our plugins, we checked that your site IP comes from Cloudflare. Could you whitelist or our IPs on the Cloudflare side and see if that will help?

    18.204.159.253
    159.89.254.12
    34.196.51.17
    52.57.5.20

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi

    Our sysadmins also whitelist all your IPs, including Cloudflare and main nazwa.pl IP. Still, this does not help.
    Can you temporarily disable Cloudflare for that domain and see does plugins will show up under WPMU DEV -> Plugins?

    Also please note you are able to enable Defender now as I uploaded that plugin via FTP and after a test, I was able to see all settings.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi

    We checked and whitelisted all possible IPs on the outside, that is why we want to check does disable Cloudflare will show us some results here, as we need to check all available possibilities. Let us know does that gives any positive results.

    Also if this is possible, please create a staging site and run a full plugin conflict test:
    Please deactivate all plugins except the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin and check if you can see the plugin list. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    I recommend this test on a staging site, instead of on live site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
