Managed Backup not working

Manage Backup not working. I am getting the following error:

REQUEST TIMEOUT
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

    I hope you’re well today!

    I checked the site and in addition to file exclusions that chat agent added to the Snapshot plugin (e.g. Updraft backups – there’s no point in backing up a backup and those files are big which affects the process) I’ve also modified Snapshot-related tweaks in “wp-config.php” file.

    The Managed Backup seems to be running now though it might take some time to complete. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to keep the site open for all the time so I had to cancel last attempt at over 30% (but the progress was steady, with no errors whatsoever).

    Therefore, I’ve scheduled backup to run daily in background at 1am. Could you please check back on the site in, let’s say 24 hours and see if the backup got created there and uploaded to the hub?
