[Snapshot Pro] Snapshot Not Finding Zip File

Hi, I did a snapshot backup and downloaded the zip file it produced. I then moved hosts and re-installed Snapshot and put the zip file where the import page told me to. Still it seems the site can’t find the zip file for the snapshot.

    Just to be sure the zip file was a snapshot backup taken to your server or was it a Managed Backup created in the WPMU DEV Hub side?

    The steps would vary in both cases. However, if your intention is to migrate the website, Shipper Pro would be a better solution.
