[Smush Pro] Images Not Displaying Correctly

Hi,

I have upgraded with Smush Pro, am using the CDN to serve images, have all the settings configured for what I was hoping would be optimal performance, but this has since been causing image display issues. It seems background images, banner images get served okay, but the logo doesn’t get served, nor do gallery images or images that are not full width on the page. Please help, I need an urgent solution!!

    Hi Muffadal,

    I checked your site and I can see that image optimization and lazy load are enabled in Jetpack and Smush Pro, you also have the Wp-optimize and Seo image optimizer plugins installed. To make it more clear, when you use two plugins that try to “lazy load” images or “offload” them using CDN, this probably will cause some issues. So I recommend to disable image optimization and lazy load from Jetpack plugin by navigating to Jetpack > Settings > Performance page and turn off the following options:

    1- Speed up image load times
    2- Enable Lazy Loading for images

    After that, please take a look at the other image optimization plugins and make sure there are no lazy load or offload CDN options enabled in any of them.

    After making sure those options are enabled only in Smush Pro, this should solve the issue. Please check and let me know if that helps, otherwise, we can investigate that further.
