Removed files show in the file scanning report

Automatic File Scanning in Defender showed in the list files that are no longer existing on a server, please advise.

    I double checked your site and I couldn’t see any files that you have removed in Defender File Scanning it seems that this was temporary, the issue was resolved after running another Defender scan.

    Please check again if you still have the issue on your end, if you needed further help just leave a reply here.
