[SmartCrawl] Crawl/Scan results not getting through

When running a Crawl on my sites, the results show 43 URLs missing from the sitemap, even though the sitemap.xml contains those URLs. When running the Crawl from WPMU DEV end, the crawl completes correctly with all URLs located and none missing, but the data isn’t showing up on the site. Same thing happens with my other sites and other features in SmartCrawl – they can’t complete, time out etc.

    Hi Chris,

    So sorry to hear the inconvenience. I logged in to your site with Support Access and tried to run a scan. It went absolutely fine without any error. So I think the issue you were facing on your sites was a temporary glitch. Can you please try once again and let us know the result? If you are still getting the same error, we will investigate further for you.

    Another thing I noticed, when I was trying to access your site, it didn’t load for me. I’m from Bangladesh. Then I tried to access your server through a US VPN and then your site loaded fine. Can you please check with your host if they have any restriction on geo-location or on any other parameter which might be related to this issue?
