    Hi Daniel ,

I could notice the images aren’t served fully via CDN when checking the front-end. Maybe it’s a cache. We would like to check the plugin settings regarding this to have a better idea what’s causing it. Could you please grant support staff access so that we could give a closer look.

You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Please let us know once you enable access so that we could get this sorted. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Daniel ,

Thanks for enabling support access, I checked the page when logged in and could notice the CDN was loading fine when logged in but when logged out it wasn’t loading.

As suspected it seems more like a cache issue. I cleared the cache in WP Fastest Cache, W3 Total Cache and from Autoptimize plugin and once done re-ran a new scan and I don’t see any such issues you have reported in the scan.

Please do note that enabling the same features in different cache plugin can cause conflicts. You’ll only need to have one cache plugin active unless you are using different features in each plugin.

This is from Google Page Speed:

    This is from GtMetrix:

If you check GTMetrix there is one image listed which is the logo. It’s listed in there because the size of the logo is bigger than the content width of your theme. Just resizing the logo size to 479px X 145px should resolve the issue.

Please check the following article on how to resize it:
    https://wpmudev.com/blog/compress-resize-images-wordpress/

Other than that there isn’t any other issue with images listed in Google and GTMetrix side. Please do check and let us know if you have any further query. Have a nice day ahead.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Nithin,

if I go to gtmetrix.com again it shows on “PageSpeed Score 79” again and not your number, so anything is not working right.

I did not make any changes. Dont know why suddenly Smush Pro is not working as good as before, because I have paid for it and that really sucks :disappointed:.

    Hi Daniel ,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. As mentioned in my previous reply Smush Pro only helps with images. Optimizing the images would in turn help to load the website faster. However, at the moment when I check, I don’t see any issues or report in Gtmetrix or Google Page with any of the images causing an issue your website side.

If the issue isn’t related to images what Smush Pro could do is limited. Could you please share a screenshot of what you see on your side and what all images are listed so that I could have a better idea?

Please make sure to clear the cache from WP Fastest Cache, W3 Total Cache and from Autoptimize plugin before running Google Page Speed and Gtmetrix. Also as mentioned only keep one Cache plugin active to avoid conflicts on your website.

Looking forward to your response so that we could help get you sorted asap.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
