Forminator and Zapier

I am using forminator and have connect to Zapier and have created a zap to send the info submitted on a form to sendinblue which is marketing platofrm like MailChimp. It is working OK. I can get the email, first name, last name but the phone is not going over and I can’t see why.

    Hi Laurence

    I hope you’re well toda!

The Sendinblue is by default using field “SMS” for tracking phone numbers and it’s a standard text field. One of my colleagues tested it and the phone number was passed over correctly.

However, one of the common reasons for “missing data” – regardless whether it comes to sendinblue or other external services/APIs – is often a “name mismatch”. I’m not sure (as I can’t check it) how your “zap” (integration between zapier and sendinblue) is set but are you using that default SMS field or some custom field on Sendinblue end?

Could you double-check that the field name matches name used in Zapier?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi Adam,
Thanks for getting back to me. I am using the default SMS attribute in Sendinblue. The forminator form uses the field name Phone. But in the Zap I added the SMS attribute and mapped the phone form field. Do I need to create a new Sendinblue attribute called Phone and use that instead of the SMS attribute?

    Hi Laurence ,

Could you share a screenshot of your Zapier settings for Sendinblue?
This is how I’ve set it up on my end:

I connected that with a form that I exported from your site and set up on my test installation and the SMS field was filled correctly:
