Defender Notifications

Could you please make notifications for Defender stored in one settings screen? Everytime I need to make changes I have to check every single option page since there are at least 5 different places notifications are set up.

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your feedback!

    Currently all the notifications/reporting settings in Defender are “spread” over multiple sections of the plugin, indeed. It’s mostly a consequence of the fact that Defender started as a relatively simple plugin that quickly evolved and got expanded but I agree it might be quite inconvenient.

    I can tell that there are already some improvements related to handling some of these notifications planned but I’ve also asked our Defender development team about the plans to “clean up” all these settings and if we could organize them nicely in a single location.

    I’m waiting for their response and I’ll update you here as soon as I get to know more.

    Just a small update: after publishing my response I noticed that you have posted this in Members forum.

    Since Members’ forum is mostly meant for Members’ discussions and this is more of a feature/improvement request related specifically to one of our plugins and directed to us, I’ve moved this thread to our Features and Feedback forum and assigned it to Defender plugin. This way we won’t miss any response form you and/or additional feedback from other Members in case there is any.

    I hope that’s fine. I’ll update you here once I here back form our Defender developers.
