[Other] ConvertKit Plugin Removes All Forminator Forms

I was thinking about adding a nice little plugin to my WordPress site as an integration to a subscription & email marketing campaign service.

After I installed and activated ConvertKit plugin, none of my Forminator forms would then show. Not even my contact form.

As soon as I deactivaed ConvertKit, everything went back to normal.

I wanted to make sure that you were aware of this issue.

I am using the theme: ConsultStreet Pro
The only plugins that I currently have are from WPMUDEV, Elementor, Elementor PRO, and Jetpack CRM.

    I installed ConvertKit plugin on a test site to check this but was unable to replicate the issue at my end. The Forminator forms load fine without any issues with the ConvertKit plugin active on the site.

    Could you please grant support staff access to the site that you have noticed the issue with so that we could give a closer look?
