[Defender Pro] The Hub portal doesn’t notify Defender Pro warnings

The Hub portal doesn’t notify warning reported from Defender Pro plugin.

I need to check the wordpress backend manually to see the warning.

Please, see the image attached. As you can see, the Hub show me all green but the Defender plugin show me some warnings.

    I checked and for “radiomaria.cg” site information in Hub reflects status of the site currently.

    For the other domain – I’m not sure because Hub shows zero issues and I can’t check Defender directly on site as there’s no support access. I suppose you have already addressed those issues there, haven’t you?

    In general, there might be some delay between “on site” status and Hub information because Hub and site communicate every few hours rather than in real time. There is “real time API communication” but only when there’s some specific action going on, like updates or backups or when you trigger some action from the Hub.

    Other than this, when you do something in Hub it should be reflected on site right away because Hub will “talk to site”. But otherwise, when something is changed on site (that doesn’t rely on Hub API) then the status is only updated in the Hub when site “reports” to it and that happens few times a day.

    So if these notifications are not “in sync” then if it’s just a few hours, it should soon be updated. You can usually also reload (refresh) Hub pages in browser a few times, just to make sure that it’s not cache (Hub interface is cached a bit).

    In case such “out of sync” issue was lasting longer than just a few hours, let me know and I’ll consult it with our Hub Team.
